- Employer Check-In: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Employer Lunch: 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Career Fair: 12:30 - 4 p.m.
Description:
The Business Career Fair is an ALL MAJORS recruiting event. Companies attending the Business Career Fair can expect to interact with students representing a wide variety of majors and disciplines. Attendees come seeking full-time opportunities, as well as internships and co-ops related to all areas of business.
Changes you may notice:
- Due to limited space, all companies will be allowed one table. Your registration includes three representatives. You may purchase an additional two reps, totaling five. Five is the maximum amount of reps permissible.
- We anticipate this event filling to capacity. To secure your spot, register during the Early Bird time frame (5/11/23 - 7/14/23).
On Campus Interviews and Job Postings:
At OSU Career Services, we are excited to help you recruit students in additional ways outside of career fairs. We would love to help coordinate your in-person or virtual interviews and post your open positions. It is a requirement for companies to post their jobs on the Hire System in advance of the career fair date. Please reach out to your Recruiting Partner for assistance.
Invoicing: All invoicing will begin on Monday, June 5th.
After Monday, June 5th, an invoice, with payment instructions, will be sent via email within two business days of registration. All major credit cards are accepted along with check payments. We are unable to take payment over the phone due to privacy and security issues.

1. Fees include: Employer hospitality, parking, lunch, and refreshments for up to three representatives, advertising/marketing, and booth space (space includes 8ft table, black tablecloth, and three chairs). 2. Invoice and Payment instructions will begin on Monday, June 5th. |

| OSU Department Standby Status
OSU Departments that would like to attend free of charge can be placed on a standby list. If space is available, departments will be notified by email on Monday, September 18, 2023. To secure a space at the event, OSU Departments may register under the Graduate School rate.
